Hi, I'm Mann, the creator of Curatio.

I've spent countless precious hours of my life applying for jobs, and I've experienced firsthand how time-consuming it is to tailor your resume for each application. Curatio is my attempt to make this process easier.

The problem (my story, and probably yours)

Today, the job market is more competitive than ever before. So, anything that gives you an edge over other applicants is worth it.

That means, a generic resume is unlikely to get you past modern applicant tracking systems and catch a recruiter's attention.

I've tried both traditional resume tailoring and AI chatbots. Neither worked well. Both approaches demand either extensive writing expertise or AI prompting skills — skills that most job seekers shouldn't need to master.

Meanwhile, the hours spent learning these unnecessary skills could be better spent on things that actually matter: working on projects, learning new things, gaining real-world experience — and, honestly, just enjoying life.

So, I wanted to take these skills out of the equation completely. I wanted to create a tool that would automatically tailor your resume to the job you're applying for, where you can focus on sharing your experiences, not on how to write about them.

Because unless you're a resume expert, your resume writing skills shouldn't be the difference between getting an interview or not. Seriously, not getting an interview just because of your resume writing skills (despite having the right experiences) is a tragedy.

My philosophy

Resume writing is just bureaucracy standing in the way of great opportunities.

Your time is better spent building real skills and experiences, not mastering the art of writing about them.

In an ideal world (the future), quality of your experiences and work alone should decide whether you get an interview or not.

That's the future I'm building — where you can focus on doing what you love and what matters. (And let AI handle the paperwork.)

The solution

Curatio simplifies the entire process. Just input your experiences once, add the job description you're interested in, and let the AI handle the heavy lifting. It analyzes your experiences against the job requirements, highlighting relevant achievements and skills that match what employers are looking for.

As of now, all you have to do is put the generated optimised bullet points in your resume. And refine them to your liking.
